Sponsorship Levels

Platinium - $10,000 annually. A community stakeholder that wants to receive consistent premium acknowledgement at a minimum of four events each year which the 867 Foundation participates in.

Gold - $5,000 annually. A community stakeholder who wants to receive consistent acknowledgement at each of four major events each hear which the 867 Foundation participates in.

Silver - $3,000 per event, Community stakeholders who receive acknowledgement for their support at an individual event The 867 Foundation participates in.

Copper - $1,000 Per event, Community stakeholders who receive acknowledgement for their support at an individual event The 867 Foundation participates in.

Sustaining Sponsors - $ 10,000 deposit and continuing event support. Premier placement in all collateral's and public announcement at all events. Sustaining sponsors are key community stakeholders in the Innovation Community.. 

MEMBERSHIP in the 867 Foundation

Membership in the 867 Foundation is by nomination and approval. Members must be professional organizations which have an interest in protecting and licensing intangible properties. Memberships are paid annually and are in three classes. Founders, Supporting and Regular. Membership in the 867 Foundation is governed by the Constitution of the 867 Foundation. The Constitution acts and the bylaws and guidance document for policy and operations of the organization.

Founders are those original founding companies who were instrumental in the creation and organization of the 867 Foundation, Currently, there are three Founding Members who also sit on the Governing Board. The Founders may serve up to [5] years before rotating off the Governing Board.

Supporting Members are those who sit on one of the Governing Board and contribute to the major underwriting of the 867 Foundation. There are four rotating chairs filled by Supporting Members who also sit on the Governing Board. These sit on the Board for no more than [3] years. The Governing Board approves the Standards, Policies and Codes of Conduct for the membership of The 867 Foundation. They approve and certify professionals in the licensing of unregistered intangible properties as well as software that conforms to the requirements and function of the 867 Framework.

Regular Members are all those other members who have voting rights to nominate members to the Governing Board and to Advisory Committees as may be formed by the Governing Board for the governance and establishing of policy and standards to further support the 867 Framework.
